Weltbet Casino - Player’s dissatisfied with obligatory deposit wagering before withdrawing funds.

Hallo,

Habe am Wochenende gut 300 Euro bei diesem Anbieter eingezahlt.

Habe im Casino gespielt und auch sportwetten.

Habe nun eine Auszahlung von 800 Euro beantragt, diese wurde abgelehnt mit dem Verweis auf die AGBs nachdem eine Auszahlung erst erfolgen kann wenn ein Turnover erfolgt ist. Ich Habe aber keinen Bonus genommen, weder bei sportwetten noch bei casino.

Dies ist in meinen Augen irreführend und unseriös.

If the player doesn’t meet this requirement, Weltbet reserves the right to charge the account up to 8%. In any case, the customer will not be able to withdraw his funds before he rolled his deposit over at least 3 times (whether in the casino or sportsbook). Note that all Cash out bets, Tie (draw), cancelled, refunded and denied bets or bets placed on all outcomes in an event are not considered towards the calculation of the turnover, the rule applies to all running bets as well."

It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x or 5x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.

Could you please advise if you have tried to communicate a possibility of withdrawing your winnings after completing wagering 3 times?
