Hi, I'm struggling with this for a while. I was playing the game fury of hyde and when i got the free spins bonus the game kicked me out. I tried everything but it didn't work. The game was trying to restore but it kept freezing at the same moment. I sent everything to the casino support. The id the pictures the wagering number.. They finally respond that they reviewed everything and i had no missing wins but the thing is i took a screenshot of the game at the moment it was freezing and on the picture im literally winning something. So i argued with them but it always take a week to respond. I already had this issue on another casino and they gave me my winning amount after the review. It was exactly the same, another game but same provider and problem the game was trying to restore and freeze.

I don't know but i will think about it until they give me another answer than ypu didn't win nothing. It was at 0.20$ bet and the screenshot shows 0.40$ of win and it was a cascade win with multiplier so i won something but i don't know how much and it kind of annoying to think about it 😆.

Can you help me with this?
