The player from Germany is requesting a refund of funds which have been deposited from a restricted jurisdiction. After gathering all the necessary information we rejected this complaint us unjustified.

At the end of the August I was on summer vacation in Poland where my house is. I'm living in Germany since years,but from time to time going to vacation there.
During this period I'd like to deposit my money and Play on one of casinos that Im registred. It wasnt posiblle ,because Polish regulations doesn't allow you to gambling online. There are only few casinos under Polish goverment license and if you trying to open other site there is a info that this site doesn't works in Poland. So,generally you can't Access it.
I was suprised that I can login into www.wallacebet.com. I was sure that if this posibble they are regulated on Poland. But they are not. They can't make their service in Poland and let players deposits money. But I was allowed to deposit.
Then I wrote a email to them ,asking friendly how it can be posibble? They told me that during registration I have my German adress and IT is enough to let me deposit in. Told them that their system should find that I'm trying to login to site with Polish IP. They told me that Im making a "tricks" and this is my problem that I've deposited those money.
But the main thing is that they arent allowed to provide a service on Polish teritory.
Have seen many beschwerden on internet sites where players from the land where gambling allow is,were on vacation anywhere in the World,where gambling verboten is ,and they winnings were cancelled. Here is of course casino on winning site ,because I've list my deposits. Guess when Im win something and gry to withdrawal those money,they will be find that I was playing from forbidden teritory.
At the end Id like to tell that Im not sure how big are deposits were. I don't have option to login it to account and also any email history from depaoits (because they sent any)
Guess it was around 500-1000 euro.

The account was open before,where I was on Germany.
I was put Germany as a country od Residence,because there Im living now,have flat,etc.
My funds were lost. I have to check my bank slip from August,but it was around few houndred Euros.

Thank you, Ned, for your reply. Please understand that there’s not much we can do for you. You have registered your account as a player from Germany and Germany is not a restricted territory. The fact that you went on holiday to a restricted jurisdiction, played and lost your funds, is not relevant. If Poland were your country of residence and you have registered account despite being from a restricted jurisdiction, that would be a different story. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Please to keep in mind that on Poland teritory is absolutelly forbidden to playing online casino. There are only a few sites with Polish license. Other sites when you trying to open them ,have a info that "Polish regulations don't let to Play on this service..." And you can't deposit money,you cant even log in.
Now I'm asking once again,: how can they provide service in Poland,when this is restricted?
