Good afternoon, I made a deposit 6 times for a total amount of 808 euros and received a bonus of 100 euros. After that, I successfully passed the account verification, I made a payout on 02.07.2023 11:44:24

BTC 480 EUR. I have not received the funds yet. In the chat, they constantly say that the payment is being processed, I have not received any explanations. Thank you for your understanding, I hope you can help me solve my problem!!!
