I've been waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawal and everytime I talk to live chat they keep saying I will receive a email soon with an update. I had to constantly send in new forms of ID and they would wait 48 hours everytime to ask for more so I jad to wait another 48 hours before they sent another email asking for more ID and this has been going on for over 3 weeks now. Do not play here ever. If I ever get my money I'll be closing my account straight away. They treat their players like shit.ive cancelled my withdrawal and tried re submitting a new one but it's the same results every time.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Could you please advise if you’ve withdrawn any winnings from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hey mate , yeah it was pending inside my account. I finally got an email last night saying the withdrawal has been processed, so hopefully I can have the funds in my account next week sometime. Thanks for your help bud. Will let you know if I get the money. Also I have never withdrawn from the casino before. This is the first attempt.
