I won $25000 on wager beat no deposit bonus and was no limit or spend 

I sent message to live chat about withdrawal they said to send all documents for id than make a deposit of 30aud when I could and I can withdraw they now take my balance and email me saying I breached my account.

Im a single mum with children two have disabilities and this money would have really helped us out.

I DESERVE THE MONEY

Did you activate No Deposit bonus inside you account or you have received it from the casino via email or from the live chat? Was it a specific amount to play with or Free Spins?

Hello Richelle.

I am very sorry about your current situation. Unfortunately, it is very common that most of the casinos have some maximum withdrawal limit on the free bonuses winnings. Without knowing which bonus you took, it is hard to investigate what happened.

I am very sorry Richelle, but it looks like the casino is for now non-responsive.

 

I already wrote to two people from their team on Skype, but they didn't respond to me either.

 

We have no other option than for now close the complaint as "unresolved." and hope that casino representatives contact us soon and will solve it.
