The player from Australia had his winnings from promotional play cancelled. We closed the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I took first deposit offer and deposited $100. I played and one about $730. I attempted to withdraw but received a message saying withdr not available as I though I needed to play out bonus winnings (like many betting agencies). at $500 I made a withdrawal and was informed it was successful pending final process. after several days I received an email stating that I had breached bonus T’s and C’s. With this they removed all my winnings and reimbursed $30 which Wager Beat said was my last deposit. Wager Beat claimed the breach occurred from the bonus I received from the $30 deposit, however I already had over $500 in winnings prior to that deposit. I only added another $30 because of the bonus Wager Beat offered. I have tried to resolve this with Wager Beat but they won’t cooperate. I totally believe if it states in their T’s and C’, the bets should gi an invalid message and explanation so the customer can adjust to compliance. I was totally relying on those winnings and they didn’t even reimburse the original deposit amount which I won with in the first place.
Dear Jeff,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you confirm the following? When activating welcome bonus, you have deposited $100. You have finished wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal. It has been denied so you deposited another $30 and activated a different promotional offer. What happened to the first withdrawal request? How you have activated the second bonus? I understand that it might seem like a lot of questions, but I would like to understand your problem as accurately as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
Hi Petronela
Deposit details as follows;
Withdrawal details as follows;
I can't remember which ones came with a bonus because they don't show individually in my account.
Wager Beat claimed the $30 deposit on 28/03/20 in which I claimed a $4.50 bonus is where the breach occurred. With this Wager Beat removed the $500 I tried to withdraw on 02/30/20 from my account and replaced it with my last deposit of $30.
At no stage during all that game time was I notified of any breach and at the time of the alleged breach I already had between $600 and $700 in my account.
When I asked why we aren't notified about any breaches or why the spins were allowed to continue, the response I got from the customer service rep was "because we don't want to disrupt or ruin the gaming experience"??!!
As I said to them I already had over $600 in my account prior to the alleged breach and the alleged breach occurred on a $4.50 bonus. They are using that excuse to rob me of my legitimate winnings!
This is not just unfair but it is unlawful for them to take my winnings.
Please help

Hello Jeff,
Please note this casino has a very bad reputation and often doesn't react to our messages. But despite of this fact I would like to ask the Wager Beat Casino to help us in this situation and clarify what's happened.
We would like to ask the Wager Beat Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
Hello Jeff,
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
