He had tried to communicate with the casino multiple times but with no success. We had requested additional information from the player to better understand the situation. Despite our attempts to reach out to the casino, they did not respond, forcing us to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.

Iv deposit with this company multiple times I didn’t collect any bonus or offers I played normal but then won a minor which gave me abit more funds to continue playing I then up my bet since iv got find now to play with got up more wins with that on high bet went to collect and the forfeit my bet saying there AI system dectected me unfair playing I then msg them and they gave me all these excuses and just didn’t respond back to any of my msg and when they did reply back to me they just send me love hearts saying there’s nothing they can do to pay my winnings that was my last bit of money I had and I thought finally luck because iv been scammed and not paid out by more then 6 of these company’s and that’s just within the last 3 weeks iv hot all my screen shot of my winnings and the chat with them also

This all started from 28th/29th April 2024 this my screen shot from the beginning from showing my deposits and not taking any offers or bonus just straight deposit I got up and as I got up I just kept on putting my bet higher n higher n luckily that night was dropping n I kept winning with a nice run I ended up with $11.5k but put 3k+back in before I decided to withdraw and that’s when they forfeit my bet game me a stupid excuse and I’m still chatting with them till now and they have made up over 5 different excuses from bonus to cheating to it’s the systems fault not them bla bla bla I’m over there bull crap it’s just not fair

Iv got much more pics saved but that’s just to show that I was up my bet the more I won the lucky I felt to put bets up I lost thousands before I ended up to decide to withdraw but they said I was cheating and I don’t see how that is possible I’m playing off my mobile phone

just wanted to also ask mention to you that if I deposited and did not take any of the bonus offers then why would the betting amount that I decide to bet matter at all to say unfair playing ? Why allow and have the bet limit on the games at all so high that if decided to play that high it’s classified as cheating ? That doesn’t make any sense it’s a casino what’s what risking and betting is now they can’t get away with just making excuses and forfeiting the bet if so then all my deposits that I ever deposit with them I should be able to get back and not lose it when I do lose ??? My deposits adds up to much more then the pay out I’m complaining about if I could get back every cent that iv deposited I wonder what would the casino company do if this was to happen to them ?

I’m sick and over all these company’s getting away with peoples money this is not the first time that this crap has happened to me just this month alone I can say that 7 from the top top of my head I can name that this crap has happened to me that these company’s have stuffed me over like no lie iv been scammed and with the withdraw I should have withdraw and received back in winnings close to 20k but these company’s have scammed and scammed and scammed over again and again I’m just fed up with all these fake low life cheap company’s getting away with this crap gets me so upset

So basically there is nothing even you could really do to recover the winnings if they don’t reply so basically there not gonna reply n these scamming casino gets away with this ?
