Actually i have approximately 7k in my account which i have won from playing live casino games of Evolution Gaming Provider. I placed a withdrawal request for my amount and it goes on pending. After sometime they blocked my account and when i ask customer service they were telling that you have done syndicate betting. I even don't know what is syndicate betting. They didn't unblock my account and didn't helped me. I request casinoguru to help me.

Actually i have opened my account in the month of May 2022 something that i remember. I have played live casino games like roulette dragon tiger Baccarat of Evolution Gaming Provider and won that much amount. I have not completed any kyc or account verification as it was not needed there. Without any avtive bonus rather than without any type of bonus i have won. They are just cheating me.

Syndicate betting means the casino believes that you are part of the group coordinating their bets, most likely to legalize the funds. For such actions, the casino should have clear evidence.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side.
