Last Friday, April 8, 2022, I made a request to withdraw 100 euros. I waited for a whole week and in the end my application was rejected due to a technical problem. When I submit a new application, it says that it is incomplete.

I made two more requests. My account has been confirmed since 08.04. I used a bonus after I rolled it over and my money went into the real balance I deposited so I could withdraw it. When I contact one of the team, the answer is that I have to wait longer.
