my account was verified on the 24-06-22 on the same day I asked for a withdrawal of 2000 BRL ..... I made another 3 withdrawals, one of 200 one of 300 and one of 399.... the first two were deposited yesterday o third deposited 50 BRL missing and the 2000 was rejected and the balance went back to the game account again.... I accumulated my winnings putting my money and along with the money came the bonus.... I was playing and I was winning.. .. today I contacted them again to find out why the withdrawal of 2000 BRL was rejected and they told me it was a system error... I requested the withdrawal again
