since 31.10. I am trying to withdraw my winnings. It was then on 04.11. and on 11.11. requested further KYC verifications (although my account was already showing as verified).
On 11/15 I then applied for the payout for the third time. On 11/21 I asked the support, I was promised (!) that the money on 23.11. (today) is in my account. No money on the account today, the support told me today that my account will not be closed until November 19th. has been verified (which is false). On my notice that the verification of the KYC department on 14.11. was confirmed, he admitted that was true. The call was then simply handed over to another support person who said I should just "wait a little longer". When I told her the 5 day wait was up TODAY, she said she answered all the questions and ended the call.
