The player's account got blocked due account multiplicity. The complaint was resolved as the player's account got reopen.
Hello, I made an account with Vulkan Vegas on Saturday, deposited €40, took the bonus, won €700, which I wanted to pay out, uploaded the KYC documents, they were checked, I still had the status unchecked, when I wanted to look today, I couldn't log in and my account was blocked with the reason I have 2 accounts and therefore my amount of 700€ has been deleted and my account will only be released again if I agree that my balance is 0. But I would like my won amount of 700€ have paid off

Could you please advise if you really do have 2 accounts? Did you use both actively - deposited or had bonuses? Since when is your account closed? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that if you really do have 2 accounts, the casino had every right to void your winnings and close your account permanently.

We'd like to confirm, that the player indeed has two accounts (Max-Se**el@gmx.de)
Both account have the same personal information, all have the deposit history/gaming history as well as the bonuses were used. Player never warned the Casino regarding the hacker attack and never requested permission to open up a new account.

The bonus balance was never touched and KYC documents were only uploaded to the account where the money was won and then it was blocked when it was time to withdraw!!!
Why wasn't it displayed when I registered that the user already had an account like at any other decent online casino??? This is the purest rip off!!!
