So I deposited money to vulkan Vegas we’ll over one week ago and the doposit was supposed to come with a 100% match on the cash which would be 70 dollars and 50 free spins. I couldn’t get the bonus code to activate so I reached out to customer support. They told me there was a bug or glitch in the system for that bonus but if I deposit they will enter the bonus manually and could take 1 to 2 days before it came through. So I trusted them and deposited my money. So after a day I checked in and they told me to wait and that I would receive email when it was there specialists got to it. After anothe couple days I asked again and got same response, wait and u will get it. Then I tried again and they keep saying there specialist are on it and to be patient. I tried a few more times but always get same answer. It’s been 10 days now and they are still telling me the same answer, that there specialists are on it. I beleive that they are thieves and just told me that so I would deposit money.
