The player from Germany has been trying to withdraw their winnings, but all withdrawal requests have been declined. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I tried 205€ payout. however that was rejected without reason i did it in a 55€ amount 50€ and 100€ amount. That's €205, but that was all rejected. I then tried again with a direct amount of €205, but it was also rejected without a reason.
