Hello,


I am trying to do a withdrawal, however they are rejecting all my requests in a raw. 3 times already. They said it's a technical issue and to do the request again. However like I said I did the request 3 times already. Other withdrawal/payment options are not working for me. Only my card which I deposited the money. I really need a help... My account ID is 3***0.

This is the first time I played in this Casino, deposited the money with no problem fast and clean. KYC is successfully verified with no issues as well. The problem is that they are rejecting my withdrawal request for no reason. My withdrawal request was rejected 3 times already. I tried 4th time as well, waiting on resolution. I hope you can help me with this withdrawal.

Also, you said that other withdrawal options are not working for you. Could you please clarify what is going on? Aren't you able to use them to request a withdrawal?

I accumulated my winnings without active bonus, it was just money deposited and played a couple days in this casino. The other options for withdrawal are not working for me, simply because I never saw and used something like this. Always used only my card and everything was perfect (in other casinos). Now, if I deposited with no problems with my card, looks like I should get my withdrawal back to my card.

Nobody from live support helped. This Casino is a non sense with a very bad customer service, to deposit money is easy and fast and to withdrawal just impossible. You can close this complaint as a no help from Casino, I left Vulkan Vegas and will not join back. Thank you for your help though.
