I have the problem that I've been waiting for a payout since 12/2/22. I've written to the online chat several times and I'm always told to wait. So far nothing has happened. I asked if there were any problems and this was always answered with a no. The problem lies with the payment office where you supposedly have no influence on it... I've often requested payments without problems and also waited a few days. But now I find more than a week too long and annoying. Lg

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Do I understand correctly that you have made successful withdrawals before? Could you please advise when exactly you made your last successful withdrawal and how many days did it take to be processed?

That's right, so far there have never been any problems with the payout. I received the last payout on December 1st, 2022 in the amount of €700. I didn't have to wait longer than 5 days for this payout. Then I'll probably have to wait a little longer on the payment. But if you write in the faq that it shouldn't take longer than 5 days for this sum and I've been waiting for 11 days, you can worry about whether the money will even arrive.
