The player from Hungary is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I passed the checks solo and entered my details but did not get my winnings back. I don't get an answer anymore I write to customer service.

That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Before we move forward, could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal?
