The player from Canada requested a withdrawal, but it hasn't been processed. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I did all the verification, they have canceled a portion of the 30k I withdrew and the rest are just sat pending for over a week.

They kept saying my bank refused the transfer, when I spoke to my bank they said they can’t see one. So I have tried a different withdrawal method now. Going to see if that works.

Some of the withdrawal arrived today 4800 of the 30k. I’ll keep you posted when the rest arrived.

Well, they paid out about 10k over 4 days and now it’s stopped. Some payments say incomplete, some say in progress. So that’s new. Because before when they went in progress they came in via transfer. How slow do they want to be with this? Maybe I’ll be grey by the time they finish? Lol
So, I had a ton of payments come back rejected. When I contacted them they said that it was for technical reasons and asked me to submit again. I’ve attached the conversation. This is not acceptable as they have a crazy long timer for payout. So now this is reset? Loosing faith here. To note, they are part of the payments that went through fine.
Could you please advise how much money is there left to be withdrawn? When did you receive the last withdrawal, please?
Have you requested new withdrawals as suggested? How many pending withdrawals do you currently have, please?
