Hi, I have been Vulkan Vegas user many years and never had any problems. Last few weeks have been problem after problem. I won 5000 eur and made withdrawal. Few days later my account was blocked and money wasn't recieved. Then I got this problem solved and my account opened. Same day my account was opened again I withdrew 500 euros without any problem. Then I tried to withdraw 4000 euros and it got rejected. So I made 500 euros withdrawal request again. It's supposed to take max.2 days to withdraw 500 euros. But my withdrawal is still in progress and it has been 4 working days since I started withdrawal. Two days I have tried to reach online chat, but looks impossible. Doesn't matter how long I wait, chat still says: waitign for operator. Also have not gotten any answers to e-mail.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you. Thank you for your understanding.

Vulkan Vegases general T&C says: a withdrawal amount of up to 500 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) will be paid to the customer’s account within the period of 5 mins — 12 hours, but not exceeding 2 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays.
Now it has been 5 working days and still impossible to contact them. Withdrawing up to 500 euros has never taken so long. Would be nice to get any answer from them why is it taking so long.
Edit: finally got contacted to online chat. They said I should get my money by the end of the day. We'll see.
