I made normal deposits here for almost a year in the specific casino and I had no profits, two weeks ago I made a profit and when I withdrew they sent me an email that I had to upload some documents and I did. I uploaded all the documents. Then I made a withdrawal again which was canceled again. I sent them an e-mail that I had sent all the documents they asked for and I did not receive a reply in the mail or in the chat. I made a withdrawal again and they canceled it again and I sent an email again ... This has been happening for two weeks now ... they do not answer me ... They can take the money, however. I need help
