It is my first time posting here. I'm all new with this.
So I have a problem with Vulkan Vegas. I have won 1800 RON translated to about 365 EUROS.
I have uploaded everything in the Kyc verification field. From my id to selfies with my ID , credit card , bank statements, screenshots and everything needed to get it done.
Now the casino is delaying me with my withdrawl request. It is my first time playing on this casino.
When I have put money it was instant, now its been a week already and everytime I ask about my kyc verification and withdrawl I get the same response ( be patient ).
I havent played any bonuses. Just the money I put with my card.
Could you guys help me? I read alot of good stories and everyone of them ending in a positive way.

I have uploaded the documents but they have not been yet approved. I'm still waiting for them to approve.
I have requested the withldraw but the status is " incomplete" till I finish KyC verification.
I have talked with Casino Support over the chat but they say the same thing everytime.
I don't have any chat history with them. I will try to contact them again to see if they approved my kyc verification.

I haven't opened multiple accounts. I might but I don't remember. The only one I was using was thru my facebook account as you can see the transactions. I have might in the past but I don't remember doing that.
