He attempted to contact both live chat and support with no response and even tried to close his account unsuccessfully. The complaint was closed as the player resolved the issue with the casino.

3 days now waiting on an email to return my money 280 euro ... I was playing a game I won a few euro and decided to buy a bonus 280 euro for a god mode on a game ...god mode is right 280 gone I got an error code sent it straight away to live chat said they would sort it waited for maybe 40 mins to be told my messages where forward on to some other department they would contact me by email shortly. 3 days later nothing I had enough of there messing decided to close account they wouldn't let me ... So I emailed the support directly myself and still no answer this site has gone down hill very quickly it was 1 of the best around .. anyway I've tried live chat email nothing I have the screenshot of the error if anyone wants to see it

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please keep in mind that such issues may take up to a weeks as the casino must contact the game provider.

My account has been verified over a year no I've withdrew money on a few occasions this is nothing to do with any of that I also don't play with bonuses I sent 2 emails 2 days ago I firsts spoke to the 4 days ago they said it was been sorted I have shared the 2 screen shots showing it was the provider error so it's not my fault at all I Don't see why it wasn't returned straight away

Yes 6 weeks because I'm so annoyed this was not resolved I would like my money returned to my card ...I asked to close account and your live chat convinced me to take a break rather than close account till this was resolved

Ok update ..still no contact of them I have asked live chat for a phone number but I was told they are having phone difficulties..(rubbish) there site has really dropped by reading all the new reviews about them you can see there is big changes

According to our records, that was the first time you informed us. Right afterwards, the ticket was created.

As per the moment being - the amount of 280eur was credited onto your account.
