The player from Poland is not able to withdraw her winnings. The player decided she was no longer interested in our help, therefore we closed the complaint.
You cannot withdraw your money - my withdrawals got rejected several times without any reason provided.
I have uploaded all requested documents, ID, even employment of contact - basically all the specific data needed.
However they rejected the withdrawal, making it impossible to get your moeny from them - depositing money to them works in a matter of seconds though, so something definately not working right there. I have deleted my account and will never ever use this site again, there are enough legit casinos online.
