I want not close my account but it's impossible to get in touch with their support. They don't answer to e-mails and in site it says the live chat is on but is not even possible to use it.

I tested the live chat and I didn’t come across problems like you. It is working, I was immediately connected to a kind live chat agent, and I was informed that they are available 24/7. Which email address did you send emails to? I checked the website and found this contact at the bottom:
