So Vulkan vegas blocked my account like 3 weeks ago with no prior warning or even a reason for blocking my account but I have no problem with that since they say they can block an account whenever they want,my only issue is that they were supposed to release my pending withdrawal atmost after 5 business days max.Up to today I have not received anything.When I ask they tell me it's processed and the external party is delaying. I have dealt with astropay before and they don't delay for that long. It's headed to almost a month now. I didn't want to come here but I think it's taking too long to release the payout and all they do is give excuses.If they cannot be able to process with the method they requested,they can use any other method I had used before including crypto.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was fully verified since I started playing in mid January 2024,I created the account end of last year but I started playing this year January,and no I did not play with the bonus I played with real money.Last I texted them was like two days ago asking about the withdrawal but the response was the same which was I should wait. I text them while logged out since I cannot be able to login so I cannot access the actual conversation.

There is no need to worry, the transactions are being processed by the external PSP and you'll be getting the withdrawal soon.

If (by any reason) the transactions fail - we will reopen the account and you'll be able to make a withdrawal request once again.

So you are going to close the case after 4 days? What if I will not have received the money, because up to now there's is nothing and there are no signs. Its almost a month now and they have not been able to sort it out. Does this happen to other players or just me? Because I don't think others are made to wait this long. I just don't get why i have made to wait this long!
