След всяко мое съобщение се показваше тяхно 'моля изчакайте, претоварени сме, опитваме се да отговорим на всички/. Чаках, чаках, буквално за секунда смених страницата и вече Феликс беше пратил последното си съобщение и бях дискънекнът. При което се опитвам да се свържа отново, надявайки се, че ще е някой друг. Еми пак той. пиша аз пак обяснявам.

Свързвам се отново и му казвам, че разбирам, че е трудно за вярване, след като в системата си го пише черно на бяло, ама аз не съм нито луд, нито тъп и много добре знам, какво, кога и как съм заложил. И че сътветно това е някаква грешка в сайта. Естествено никакъв резулатат. А още преди да ми каже, че тези неща мога да ги видя и сам, и да започне да ми обяснява колко съм бил заложил, един вид разбрах, че иска да ми каже, че съм вдигнал залога, което не се е случвало. И нали уж ще им изпише.
Ситуацията беше отвратителна, свързах се с тях за да попитам какво става, тъй като за бонус си бях доволен и тъкмо щях да вкарам първия депозит, реално за да мога да ги изтегля тези пари. Но държанието, тва че грам не му пукаше, не се опита да разбере проблема, чакането е сега вече си ги искам тези 30 евро, че и отгоре. Загуби ми 3 часа, нерви и като цяло някво занимаване с глупости, което е напълно излишно за сума като тази. Писал съм имейл, преди да прекъсна чата му казах, че ще чакам някой да се свърже с мен, някой, който реално може да ми помогне в случая. Надявам се някой да обърне внимание и да се разреши казуса, тъй като грешката е в сайта, системата, спиновете, които са описани, които реално не съществуват. Искам компенсация за отвратителния съпорт, за грешката в сайта, за игубеното ми време, за изгубените нерви и за понтенциалните изгубени лични средтсва.
