The player from Portugal had his casino account blocked without any formal communication, and hadn't received his deposit back. The player hadn't intended to use any bonus from Vulkan Vegas Casino, but had aimed to gain money by playing slots, dice, and French bank. He discovered the account block when he tried to sign in. After he raised the complaint, the casino unblocked his account and allowed the withdrawal of his deposit. The player then withdrew his complaint as he had received his money back. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

Hello,


I appreciate this casino had just unblocked my account and allowed the withdrawal of my deposit.


I was aware of the account blocking whilst signing in... No email or communication whatsoever.

Furthermore, I did not intended to use any bonus conceded by Vulkan upon my deposit. I wanted to play in a well recognized online casino and I got a blocking account doing it. I tried to gain money by playing slots, dice and french bank wagering my money, and not wagering any bonus values.


My complaint can be withdrawned since I fairly got back my money, notwithstanding the unexpected bad experience I had with this company
