The player from India has been blocked without further explanation. After closer examination we noticed a few inconsistencies in the data provided by the player, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I deposited 600 INR on 16/10/2022 and Loss that amount and I again Deposited 500 INR on 17/10/2022.On that day I won 10000 INR after that I placed withdrawal request and send them my Documents for KYC and Selfie with my Documents but they Blocked my Account and not processed my withdrawal.I request *** Team to ask the casino why they blocked my account while I sent them my real Adhar card❓filefilefile

I have no any active bonus.I played with Real deposited money.I won 10000 INR and I placed withdrawal request,Also I got an Email that my withdrawal will be approved soon.I uploaded my Selfie, Documents and Address proof.All have been approved but after some time I see that My Account gets blocked without Approval of my withdrawal.VulkanVegas didn't explained the reason why they blocked my account.I have my Real and Verified Documents yet they Blocked.I want justice and I want to be unblock my account.This was my First withdrawal.

I already uploaded on your site and you have all those Documents.So don't make me fool and don't waste my time.Just attach my ID's and Selfie and tell where you have seen the mistake due to which you blocked my account.Also today you're asking the Documents again while previously you directly blocked my account without any information.This means that you know that Players don't have power❓

I request you to first unblock my account.I already uploaded the necessary documents,I don't have much time to upload again and again.

Before asking documents again tell the reason why you blocked my account ?

I would like to say that my ID and ID in hand is same and I have proof that It is verified on Adhar UIDAI site.Also I provided that same Document to another casino,They verified and Approved instantly.May be VulkanVegas is unable to see the ID and ID in hand clearly.Also I request VulkanVegas to send that ID's where details are different in Hand.

Dear Casinoguru you can also collect the information from all sites you will see that maximum players are facing the withdrawal, Deposit, Account block issues.So you can detect yourself either VulkanVegas is cheating or I'm cheating. I have all the proof to proove myself that I am a real player also I have kept pdf of my ID.I request VulkanVegas to unblock the account and show me where the details mismatch so that you blocked my account without any notice.

I Uploaded the same and Real ID card in my VulkanVegas Account but still they blocked my account.I request VulkanVegas to Unblock my Account Instantly.I have proof that this Adhar card is Real and verify on UAIDI Adhar site.

I have Valid and All Documents Real with Selfie which I send you here Publicly.But in case VulkanVegas has any doubt in my documents they should give me a chance and inform me via Email about the Fault in my Documents.Dear Casinoguru, VulkanVegas is just making both of us Fool.Even I have each and every proof of Deposit, Ownership proof, Transaction history and all required proof.If I were wrong player then I never fought for my payment here and never waste my precious time here.Also I want to tell you that already Casinoguru has resolved my more complaints and found me always a genuine and right player.So I request VulkanVegas not to cheat and unblock my account so that I could place withdrawal.
