Hello, i am having trouble withdrawing my winings , i have been declined 3 times now.
First time with KYC check complete and all the documents uploaded and checked they asked for the same thing again.
I upload all that was asked, i asked operator if my KYC check is complete, they said yes, i asked if i can withdraw money, they said yes.
Now they ask for private things, to prove where i have my money from and bank statements.( I dont understand).
