The player from Bulgaria had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The casino indicated that the transaction was canceled due to technical reasons and requested a new withdrawal attempt. Despite multiple follow-ups, the player did not respond. As a result, we were unable to investigate further, and the complaint was rejected.

So I’ve deposited 1000+ eur and there was no issue however when I was done playing I tried to request a withdrawal for 300€ (in the terms and conditions it’s mentioned that amounts up to 500€ are processed within 2 days maximum) on 1st of July I’ve requested a withdrawal via Binance pay. 3 days have passed and I haven’t received my payout so I decided to contact them and ask if everything with my payout is okay, all of a sudden they told me that it could take up to 5 days and I have to wait, but everything with the withdrawal is okay I don’t have to worry, and if I don’t receive my winnings on the 5th day I should contact them so they can raise an inquiry for a delayed withdrawal. So that’s what I did, I’ve contacted them again and instead of raising a request for delayed payout, they just credited the amount back to my account and asked me to request another withdrawal and of course to wait, they said there was a technical issue but for several days now they cannot give me an answer what the technical issue was and just closing my chats. Also they told me they don’t process withdrawal attempts during the weekend and when I asked how come my latest request was approved on Sunday they said "well sometimes it happens" which is completely bullshit, you either process during the weekends or you don’t. My first attempt was "in progress" for 5 or 6 days and I didn’t received my money, now I am experiencing the same thing over and over again. I have sued RipperCasino and won the case for the same reason and I will do the same thing with VulkanVegas . I don’t recommend this scammers, never deposit in their shitty casino again. I’ve asked to speak with a manager or someone who can actually help in this case but not course that was not possible…

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
