The player from Latvia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. The payment had not been processed yet. The player expressed frustration over the delay and lack of support from the casino. The casino escalated the issue to the payment service provider (PSP). Eventually, the player confirmed receiving her winnings, and the complaint was marked as resolved by us.

I requested payment on 12.06, the casino processed it on 13.06, but today, already 8 days ago, the money is in the In process status.

No one from the support team can tell you what to do, they just make you wait all the time. Is the customer really not protected if this money disappears somewhere? Can't the casino contact the payout operator to find out what's going on?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
