Hello ,

I Just made a payment at voltslot today , i won 219 inclusief the money i put on my account (20 euros) . I saw that i needed to verify my account and so i did , at leest that was what i was thinking. Now i emailed to voltslot on how many days it was gonna take to verify my account, and they didnt answer that question but they instead asked me for my bank number and a paper that shows what my adress is . So i also uploaded that and i emailed it back to them also , not even 5 minutes later my account shows that i am not verified?! I didnt make a mistake !!!!! I want my money and now they dont give a reaction back

But the problem here is that my status had developed from pending to not verified while i downloaded all the documents . So then im never getting my money back ?

While I understand that you submitted your document for verification four days ago after requesting the withdrawal on the same day, I'm trying to explain that verification itself takes a few working days.
