The player from the Netherlands successfully verified his account and requested a withdrawal on June 16th. Despite the Terms and Conditions stating a three-day processing period, the casino is unable to provide a timeframe for the request. The player is concerned about his winnings. Unfortunately, the player stopped responding to our questions and comments, therefore we had to reject the complaint.

Hello,


I´ have been verified (succesfully) and made a withdraw request on friday the 16th of june. In the terms and conditions it says that it would take 3 working days for them to process the request. I've chatted with them but it's a constant automatic respons by which they say they cant give a time frame since it's a first come and serve basis (handeld by financial department). So I said then you could see when my request will be handled since there should be a sort of list/ranking for handling the requests. Their reply is again that they cant give a time frame. I start to feel and think this whole site is a scam. But since my balance (won money) is quite high, I do want to withdraw my funds. Could you please help me with this matter?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
