They said that they put a $200 deposit back on a game and that since I used that then my $1000 winnings were void. I had $260 I requested $220 200 for me and left them a $20 as I always leave a tip. They sent me my $200 and that left $40 on the game. They have a $500 max a day withdrawal so if I hit 2 or 300 i would request it so I would not wind up losing it and I would leave $30 $40 whatever on the game to try and get more. Well i was way ahead of them on winning vs my deposits and I think that is why they screwed me. They started out with excuses right off the get go on this money and I have never had a problem before. They are no different than the rest just a bunch of crooks. Karma is a bitch though.

Hello Cdhill00,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with VipGame Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question as it is not entirely clear for me what is the issue.

What payment has been canceled? Why did the casino void your winnings? Do you experience any withdrawal issues? Is your account currently verified?

When was the last time you spoke to the casino regarding your issue and what was their answer?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

The one from Larry long for $200 they did not cancel my payment I won $260. They only allow a $500 a day withdrawal so if I hit something around 2 or $300 I will withdraw some of it so I don't wind up losing it. For instance Sunday june 19, I deposited $30 and wound up hitting a little over $260 so I turned in a redeem ticket for $220. $200 for me and $20 for a tip that I leave them on every withdrawal except for 1 or maybe 2 times. I have withdrawn money from them at least 10 times since I have been playing in the past 2 months or so. Never had a problem getting my money. I even hit a little over $8000 with them but they only allow $1000 max payment. $500 then in 24hrs you get $500 more. They actually let me withdraw $1500 on that one and cleared the rest. It is what it is on that, I knew the rules. Anyway on this last withdrawal I received from them for the $220 that I got 200, I left $40 on the game so I could continue playing. If I can't cash out the 500 max I always leave some money on the game so I can continue and try to get the max for the day. That is no surprise to them. So around 2 am Monday June 20 I started playing with the $40 that I had left on the game and actually hit for close to 400 went to the fishing games and started to tear it up. I got up over $1000, played it back down t0 around 300 started playing keno and got it back up to 8 or 9 hundred went back to slots and got it up to around $2200 dollars. I can't remember what games because I was so excited and when it felt like time to get out of a game I would go to another. It was a blast I was up and down but never got below my $1000 max withdrawal. So yesterday morning I sent a request in for $400 because I had drawn 100 off another game. They have several platforms. Ultramonster vpower golden city high roller ect. The one I am referring to on the 1000 was golden city. I withdrew 100 from vpower yesterday morning so I only requested 400 because that would have been the max for the day. Well about 10:30 am yesterday, and I can screen shoot the text, I got a message from vipgames stating that I needed to take the money out of the bank so the could issue me a withdrawal. I had 400 on the playing amout for the withdrawal already and left 900 in the bank so I could cash out again today. Anyway I took it all out and them there was a little over 1100 on the playing amount and I played it down to 1000 and some change. I'll have to look at the times on the text but they message me back and was asking something like they deposited the money back on the game which is bs. O have the whole conversation I can send if you would like. The final message said winnings void because I played with that 220 that I withdrew. Anything else you need just let me know thanks

They also cleared the $40 bonus that I acquired during that playing and the people have been real nice they've always doing me good they even call me and everything else if they have questions about trying to get my money to me I just don't understand why they screwed me this time I think it's because I got way ahead of them as far as what I deposited what I was winning

Hello Cdhill00,

Thank you for the detailed post. Do I understand it correctly that you were using a bonus and you canceled one of your pending withdrawals and that's why they voided your balance?

No I deposited $30 and got up too $260 so I cashed out $220 I got $200 I tipped them $20 and left $40 on the game so I could keep playing. I won over $2000 with that $40 and since they only allow $1000 max to be cashed out on a game I played it down to $1000. When I turned in to collect they told me that my winnings were void because they put the $220 back on the game and that I used that money to win with. Which is bs because I got my $200 and I used the $40 that I left on the game to win the $1000. The $40 bonus I won for playing so much and they took it off the game to because they said I got that for playing with the $220. All it boils down too is that I got way ahead in money won than deposited with them and instead of paying me more they come up with that bs to get out of paying me and they figured thar would piss me off and I would not play there anymore. And they were right. That is in my honest opinion only. Bottom line is that they screwed me out of $1000. I have the whole conversation in text. I wish you could see it.

Hello Cdhill00,

I'm sorry but we do not make phone calls to help resolve complaints but I understand your case more clearly now. It seems like they voided your winnings as the remaining balance of 40€ was still a bonus while the rest of the bonus was a pending withdrawal. I will now forward your complaint to my colleague Tomas who will be assisting you from now on to find out from the casino what did exactly happen.

Regards,

Nick

There was no bonus!!! The only time I mention anything about a bonus is when I , in a separate message said that I also lost my $40 bonus that I won while playing. Forget anything about a bonus. OK one more time. I deposited $30 with them I won $260 I withdrew $220 that left $40 on the game in the screenshot that I sent you it shows $200 payment that they sent me the other 20 went to a tip for them I took the $40 that was left on the game and built it up to $1,000 when I went to cash out the $1,000 they said that they did not pay me the $200 that they had left it on the game and that's what I used to win the $1,000 that therefore my winnings were void I don't know how to explain it any clearer
