my Kyc been verified. And its been 3 weeks still no money when I was told it would be 7-10 days after verification approved. It’s been 3 weeks.

I has e been kyc verified. I accumulated my winnings from welcome bonus. This was my first withdrawal. And I have contacted the casino almost everyday in regards to my withdrawal. They told my after my kyc was verified it would take 7-10 days to receive my withdrawal. Is been 3 weeks.
I was told I didn’t have the 100 they would take back for free chip when in face there is 118$ after my100$ withdrawal. So that’s a lie and they need to stop with the lies.
