Got a bonus played through my bonus. I hit pretty good. They refuse to payout. Get nothing but excuses. I play on many casinos. Just trying to warn people they will not pay you. Go else where trust me. They will scam you and take your money

I got a free chip don't remember exactly how much it was but the wagering amount was 9000 i wagered over 13000, so I tried to withdraw. First of all the maximum withdraw is $100 which I find kind of bogus if you win money you should be able to collect your winnings however you want. But the bigger problem is that when I put in for my withdraw I sent them my id. They say we need another document for address proof. I sent them a virtual bank statement. They tell me they won't take anything from a virtual bank it needs to be either a regular bank or a utility bill. Like alot of other people in this country I do not have a regular bank anymore. Virtualnis easier and free... Duh. I also don't have any utility bills in my name because I am temporarily living with my parents. So I read up on their website and it specifically states that it can be a document from the government sent to you in the mail as long as it is not just a picture of the envelope. So I send them a letter from the social security administration along with a screenshot of where their website states that they will take it. By this point I have tried withdrawing like a good 10 times. Half of those times I have made sure to explain my situation to them. They deny my request again and this time tell me that it's denied because the letter is from social security!!!! I do not understand why if I send them 4 different documents (which I have) that all show the same information on them, they can't work with me and use those to verify my address. It seems like they are not happy that I won off of their free chip so they are just going to deny it no matter what I do. And now I see on this page that they are not even licensed!!! I would say that explains a lot.. I did my research on what to do if you have problems with the online gambling sites and they say to ask them for their gambling commission info so that you can report it. I have asked them multiple times and they completely ignore the question... Maybe because they are not licensed so they don't have to report to one... Idk but I'm pretty sure they think that if they just keep denying my withdraw I won't be able to help myself and I will just end up gambling my winnings away but they have no idea how far off they are that is not going to happen!

They only except 2 specific documents for address verification (alot of people don't have them!) Even though their website states otherwise!
They dont honor the info stated on their own site!

I quit playing at about $200 from my playthrough and had $400 bonus money still gave up playing because it'sSuper glitchy every five spins or so it gets stuck spinning for various amounts of time on every game. Really annoying I wouldnt play her again plus they dont have Keno thats how I judge the casino .no Keno no casino. I play online casinos daily for years this one stinks

If I can give 0 stars I would this casino doesn't even deserve a star. They are having me run in circles and refuse to pay me out . Stating that I haven't met the wagering requirements on the $125 bonus they gave me when I have screenshots of proof that I have. They made me send my documents to kyc 4 times and still they say to send them in... AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST .
