The player from Canada deposited money via e-transfer after their Mastercard was rejected. After confirmation from their bank about the successful deposit, the casino claimed the money wasn’t accepted. The player is upset with the lack of live support. The player stopped responding to our questions and comments, so we had to reject the complaint.

First they wouldn’t accept my Mastercard took me strait to etransfer so I e-transfered and they accepted it i have a screenshot just for them to say my money wasn’t accepted and it was my banking info states that… and there is no live support what a joke!
