The player from Finland has requested withdrawal a week ago. It has been pending since. The complaint was rejected as the player became non-responsive.
deposit and won with the first deposit and money in the account in 2 days. now i deposited a second time and i won 80e and over a week waited and the explanation is that the security department is reviewing and when i ask for a chat then the chat is closed and we get back to you via e-mail.no violation but when no casino tell me why the money is not repatriated .... no more deposit..hope to pay sometimes and not hit the chat when I try to ask where is my win?

All the requested withdrawals are being checked manually and if you have activated any promotional offer, the entire bonus session is audited for any terms of use violations. Together with the unfortunate Covid situation around the world, I believe that’s the reason why your withdrawal is taking a little bit longer than typically.
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. there has been no money and no e miles. so it doesn't help but wait. but after all, no one person deposits money and expect profits on a weekly basis
had to verify the account and it is now confirmed but there is still no change in the withdrawal even though it is now more than 2 days since the account was approved

We haven't receive any answer from the casino yet. Please note, if you won't respond within the next 7 days, the complaint will be closed as unresolved, which could lead to casino's rating deduction.
there is no money to come and they do not respond to the chat other than that there is a congestion in payments that please contact us by email but when you put in miles there is no answer for many days and always a different reason why no money is paid i.e. extended. it feels like the Casino wouldn’t have the money to even pay small winnings.
Unfortunately, we haven't receive any answer from the casino yet. Please note that as far as they won't respond to us, there isn't much we will be able to do with the case. Extending the timer by 7 more days to give the casino the chance to join this case.
I canceled the check and play them. but i can never recommend a casino..it would never have that money probably would have come. I waited more than a month ...
