a) Was your account fully verified previously

I am not sure what is meant by full verification. I believe yes because i have provided email, phone and bank account information.


b) Could you please advise if you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus 

The winning accumulated with bonus of MYR 200. However, the turnover requirement of 15x already met.


c) if you’ve received any withdrawals in the past?

Yes once on 9th Mar, 2021 - MYR 323.

We would like to ask Victory996 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.

Despite the best efforts, we haven’t received any response from the casino whatsoever, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
