Hello, on 5/11/24 I won 41,000

I ordered the payment on the same day and I was supposed to receive it within 14 business days. In the meantime, I passed the kyc verification and it was positive.

I received the first part of the payment, i.e. PLN 20,000 on November 27, 2024, and suddenly on November 29, 2024, I received information that my payment of PLN 21,000 was canceled for technical reasons and that I would definitely receive my amount by December 6, 2024. The deadline started to be delayed, the only thing that changed was the status: pending.

the casino keeps telling me to wait and wait and the deadline in the regulations has passed and I still don't get my winnings
