The player from Italy had inadvertently created two accounts with the same online casino and on an app. After depositing and receiving bonuses on both accounts, he had requested a withdrawal of 500 euros and a change to his registered phone number. This had resulted in both accounts being blocked by the casino. The casino had confirmed the player had breached their terms and conditions by using both accounts and bonuses. Despite the player's claims of good faith, we had concluded that the casino was within its rights to confiscate the winnings and block the accounts due to the breach of terms. Consequently, we had to reject the player's complaint.
