Despite providing all necessary information, the account remained blocked and the support team continually advised them to wait. We were unable to investigate further and had to reject this complaint as the player did not respond to our messages and questions.

Hello. Few days ago on 14.05.2024 I made an account there. Made a deposit and they offered welcome bonuss. All good.. I wagered this bonus, and have left some real money for me... later I made profit and wanted to withdraw. But they just blocked me. Asked me proof that I'm in Faroe Islands. Send them all the proofs...send them all what they asked. With exact dates that I was here in Faroes. But my account in still blocked with my money. Talked to support team, all the time they just say that have to wait have to wait. And nothing is changing. How should I get money from them
