VERDE CASINO IS SCAMMERS BEWARE OF THEM!!!

So I wanted to play today on Verde casino with huge amount of money for me but I was scared at first so I asked their customer support is everything fine with my account like you can see in the screenshot:

after successfull deposit I wanted to play so I pick some random slot game and it says that "Twoja możliwość obstawiania jest zablokowana. Skontaktuj się z pomocą techniczną" OFC I checked that before the deposit!!!

And after few minutes they locked my account and I can't do anything !! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

THIS IS PURE SCAMMING

The account is blocked due to violation of bonus T&Cs:

"It is strictly forbidden to abuse any game rounds by their postponement, including free spins or bonus games while playing with bonus money. Any postponed games, bonuses and/or free games lead to the cancellation of winnings and confiscation of the player’s balance."


Unlocking of the account is possible after the player returns the win amount of 11,748 PLN that were gain within the breach of T&Cs.

Hello, First of all I didn't break any of the T&C bonus and I want to get my money back. You lied and cheated on me by letting me deposit money then stright away block my account. I don't want to play with you anymore because you don't respect the customer. My account can be banned, just give me back my hard-earned money!!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that you you really did postpone your rounds with bonus money and later returned to them, they had every right to confiscate any winnings.

-I accumulate my winnings with real money

When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

-exactly 3 days ago on customer support if everything ok with my account, then i deposited the money and they block my account.
