I played via VPN cause they're site lags like hell in some countries,i won 370 euros but they blocked my account

They dont have any problem if you deposit your money via VPN but if you win then they search for reasons to block you so they don't have to give you money back

And then they tell you that they are an honest and licensed casino lol

I did sent the documents for the verification and i think all of them were accepted and i made the account on 30/01/2024

I was playing slots and specifically on sweet bonanza xmas

I had bonus money on the account but i never used them and when i won i disabled the bonus,so i had 370 euros as real balance

I did take the bonus but i didn't use the money from it,so when i asked for the withdrawal the bonus was cancelled
