My account was blocked, and they told me it was due to SUSPECTED fraud. Allegedly, I opened two accounts with the same IP, but I only have one account. It's unfortunate that they close your account when you're winning... but when you're losing, nothing happens... I hope someone can help me.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did the casino provide any evidence of account multiplicity?

The reason we are asking, is because the same android device is used, the same IP, your main account and this one were making opposite bets in Sportsbook.
Can you explain that, please?
