Regarding this case, we received a notification from the game provider about a gameplay check, which led to the account lock. There appears to be some suspicious activity related to this player's gameplay on Pachinko-kan.
This activity was interpreted as a breach of our terms and conditions, and as a result, we had to take action on the player's account as mentioned. We have also notified the player of this decision and the reasons behind it via email.
We sincerely apologize the inconvenience again however it is unfortunately hard for us to change this decision due to the reasons above.
