The player managed to win and exceed the withdrawal limit but when they attempted to withdraw $140, the rest of their money was confiscated, leaving their balance at zero. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

After reaching the play through amount set forth by Velvet spin casino they took over $300 from me leaving me with less than the $100 minimum withdrawable amount and I continued to play and won over the withdrawable amount and when I went to withdraw $140 dollars which is what they said I was eligible to withdraw the suddenly decided to take the rest of my money leaving me with nothing they are crooks and are a waist of time playing they will not pay and should be closed or at least avoided by any that don't want to be cheated
