yes my account is verified I was having trouble with this at first so I sent a email to support@velobet.com and somehow my account is verified but I received no reply from the email so I’m not sure if emails are getting read. I made a deposit with real money and it also gave me a bonus because you can’t bet over 4.50 with active bonus and I tried to withdraw 4000 and it said I have a active bonus so I kept on playing and now I can bet over 4.50 and it’s allowing me to withdraw so it’s my money it’s just keeps saying rejected when I’m trying to withdraw I’ve tried making a deposit with a different card to see if that will allow me to withdraw.
