Two weeks ago, I deposited 2 euros. Following this, there was an error, and the transaction was terminated. The money hasn't appeared in either my casino account or my bank account. I've contacted support multiple times and was told it would take 3-5 days for the money to be returned to my bank account. But to this day, nothing has happened. I want my money back.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
